The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council is to invite nominations to its peer review college continuously through a “nominee-pool”, rather than through specific renewal exercises.
The announcement on 20 March follows plans to appoint members on an open basis. Rather than renewing the entire college every so often, there will now be a “light touch refresh” of the membership each year.
