Research funded by the Natural Environment Research Council is cited more regularly and in higher-impact journals than other UK environmental science papers, according to a study NERC commissioned.
In May, on NERC’s behalf, Reuters Evidence analysed the citations of NERC-funded research papers published between 2003 and 2008.
