The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council has announced assessments of its Adaptation and Resilience to a Changing Climate and Sustainable Urban Environments programmes, which have funded nearly 50 projects at a value of almost £65 million, to inform future policy decisions.
The council wants to determine whether the UK is maintaining international excellence in these research areas, how well high quality research leaders are identified and supported, and how much impact these research activities have had on the UK economy, it said on 31 May.
Interested parties are invited to respond to an online questionnaire as part of the review. The results will be published on the council’s website in 2013.
