The Natural Environment Research Council is inviting users of its environmental data centres to take part in a survey to help the council better understand their requirements.

All users of the centres can take part in the survey and the results will form part of the evidence to be assessed by an independent expert review panel. The panel will provide recommendations to the research council on the future provision of data services.

NERC supports five environmental data centres to provide expertise in the collection, management and dissemination of environmental data. The centres take in environmental data of long-term value, mainly generated from council-funded activities, and make these data available to a range of users.
