UKRI appoints chief finance officer

Siobhan Peters was previously interim chief executive at the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime

UK Research and Innovation has appointed Siobhan Peters as chief finance officer with oversight of the £8.4 billion a year invested by the umbrella body in research and innovation.

Science minister Amanda Solloway announced the appointment of Peters, who was most recently interim chief executive at the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime, where she also used to be chief finance officer, on 10 June.
