UKRI to update its open data policies

                 

National funder says it will use OECD recommendations as “marker” for open data strategy

The national R&D funder UK Research and Innovation is moving to update its policies on open research data, according to Rachel Bruce, head of open science at UKRI.

Speaking at a Westminster Forum event on open research on 27 April, Bruce said UKRI is in the “early stages of considering exactly what interventions and how to move forward” with updating their open data policy.
