LSE-Libya inquiry finds governance failures

There were a “disconcerting number of failures in communication and governance” in the London School of Economics’ ties with the Gaddafi regime in Libya, a report has found.

The report, published on 30 November, is based on an independent inquiry into the ties, chaired by Harry Woolf, former Lord Chief Justice.
