Alliance voices fears over student choice

The Universities Alliance has warned that government proposals for reforming higher education will constrain student choice and ultimately damage the economy.

In its response to the government White Paper, “Students at the heart of the system”, the UA says that the government plans will restrict necessary growth in the education system—so the stated goals of achieving sustainability, driving a quality student experience and increasing social mobility will not be achieved.
