Private university undercuts on fees

One of the UK’s few private providers of higher education is to charge students fees of £5,000 a year for a three-year course.

BPP University College, which achieved university status in July 2010, will undercut fees at the vast majority of UK universities. The average fee for UK institutions currently stands at around £8,600.
