The universities of Edinburgh, Strathclyde and Exeter have won bids to run an Industrial Doctorate Centre in Offshore Renewable Energy, the business secretary, Vince Cable, has announced.
Additional partners include The Scottish Association for Marine Science and consultancy HR-Wallingford.
