Surrey spin-out wins funding for NHS patient-records project

A University of Surrey spin-out company has won a grant from the Technology Strategy Board to develop a participatory sensing system that will improve the management of NHS patient records in remote patient treatment.

‘Thoughtified’ is a start-up company created by graduates of the university’s department of computing. Their system combines web and smartphone technologies to help treat patients at home.
