UK not doing enough to attract international students

The chief executive of the vice-chancellors’ group Universities UK has warned that the UK is becoming less attractive for international students.

UUK chief executive Nicola Dandridge was reacting to data released by the Office for National Statistics showing that the total number of student visas issued in the year to September 2012 fell 26 per cent from the previous year.
