The average tuition fee at UK universities is set to rise from £8,385 in 2012-13 to a predicted £8,507 in 2013-14, according to Office for Fair Access estimates.
However, the 2013-14 fee level drops to £8,263 when fee waivers are included, compared to £8,123 in 2012-13.
