London Metropolitan University has confirmed that international doctoral students will be affected by the UK Border Agency’s decision to revoke its power to recruit students from abroad.
A London Met spokesperson said that the decision affects all non-EU students, including those on PhD programmes. The spokesperson could not confirm how many of the 2,700 affected students were on PhDs.
