London Metropolitan University is taking legal action to challenge the UK Border Agency’s decision to revoke its ‘highly trusted’ status for sponsoring international students.
A statement by the university, published on 3 September, says its lawyers, Penningtons Solicitors LLP, will start the case immediately so that “students can return to study as a matter of urgency”.
