Crick pays London Living Wage

The Francis Crick Institute has become an accredited London Living Wage employer.

Staff and contractors have been receiving the wage since the Crick was formed in April 2015, and the accreditation confirms that this will continue in the future.

On 31 October, Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, announced an increase in the London Living Wage from £9.40 to £9.75 an hour. In a statement a day later, the Crick said it would apply the increased rate from December 2016.
