Leeds deputy vice-chancellor to replace Smith at Exeter

Exeter vice-chancellor to retire after 18 years in post

The University of Exeter has announced that Lisa Roberts, deputy vice-chancellor for research and innovation at the University of Leeds, is to become its vice-chancellor in September next year.

Roberts will replace Steve Smith, who is to retire next year after leading Exeter since October 2002.
