Complaints to universities grew during lockdown

Several Russell Group universities saw a rise in complaints about teaching this year

Complaints about teaching and course delivery grew at several Russell Group universities during the first UK-wide lockdown, Research Professional News can reveal.

A Freedom of Information request revealed that 12 of the 15 institutions that replied reported a rise in the number of such complaints received between 23 March and 23 July 2020 compared with the same time period in 2019.
