Legal & General to support extension to university’s Begbroke Science Park
A £4 billion partnership between the University of Oxford and the financial services company Legal & General will fund the construction of a new innovation district that will extend the university’s Begbroke Science Park.
The district will initially include new teaching facilities for the mathematical, physical and life sciences departments, and new space to incubate spinout companies, and later also 2,000 new homes, Legal & General announced on 19 July.
