Major UCU survey finds postgraduate students are the most likely to consider leaving
Three-fifths of university staff and postgraduate students are considering leaving the sector within five years, according to research by the University and College Union.
A UCU report published on 25 March—called UK Higher Education: A Workforce in Crisis—is based on an email survey of nearly 7,000 staff at more than 100 universities between 25 February and 2 March.
