Minister again urges universities to sign her pledge on ending NDAs in sexual harassment cases

Further and higher education minister Michelle Donelan has promised to “publicly name and shame” universities that do not pledge to stop using non-disclosure agreements in sexual harassment cases.

During a Westminster Hall debate about sexual harassment and NDAs in universities on 29 June, Donelan called on MPs to contact universities in their constituencies that have not signed the pledge.
