UCU says universities could see walkouts in November in pensions and pay rows
University staff will once again be balloted on whether to take strike action in the long-running disputes over pensions and pay.
The University and College Union confirmed on 1 July that members at 149 UK universities will be asked to back industrial action in a ballot taking place in late summer, with strikes scheduled to follow in November if the ballot is successful.
