Former OfS chief executive and chair appear at Lords inquiry into regulator’s performance
The former chief executive of the Office for Students has said it is unfair to describe the regulator’s relationship with universities as unduly prescriptive—while also describing the guidance given to the OfS by the government as overly detailed.
