Lords inquiry hears QAA concerns about OfS role as designated quality body in England

Doubts about whether the Office for Students is capable of performing the role of Designated Quality Body in England have been raised by the Quality Assurance Agency.

The QAA, which performed the role of DQB in England until the start of this month, when the OfS took over, shared concerns with peers on 25 April as part of the House of Lords Industry and Regulators Committee inquiry into the OfS.
