Increase will come into effect in 2023-24 academic year
The Office for Students’ registration fees are set to increase by 18.5 per cent for the 2023-24 academic year after the government confirmed legislation that facilitates the hike.
The Department for Education said that an increase in fees—detailed on 23 May in a statutory instrument—was needed in order to fund the “significant and important work” that will be undertaken by the OfS.
