Vice-chancellors and researchers among those to receive awards in first King’s birthday honours
Leading figures in UK higher education and research have been recognised in the King’s birthday honours.
Universities UK president and vice-chancellor of the University of the West of England, Bristol, Steve West has been awarded a knighthood in the honours list for his services to health and education.
