Colin Riordan to join Association of Commonwealth Universities as interim leader
Outgoing Cardiff University vice-chancellor Colin Riordan is to take over as interim secretary-general and chief executive of the Association of Commonwealth Universities.
Riordan will take the helm at the ACU from 1 September, once he steps down as vice-chancellor of Cardiff University. He will take over from Joanna Newman, who is to become provost at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
