King’s College London to develop life sciences incubator spaces

University to revamp out-of-use sites to create laboratory and office facilities

King’s College London has announced that it will develop dedicated spaces to support companies spinning out from its research.

The university revealed on 3 July that it has partnered with the Pioneer Group, a specialist life sciences real estate company, to create 95,000 square feet of incubator facilities.
