President Biden’s big international talk on tackling climate change contrasts with stagnating domestic progress
Joe Biden was in a virtual meeting with those in charge of some of the world’s biggest economies last week, talking up the leadership role of the US in tackling climate change.
But, as ever with this subject, it seems easier to talk a good game at international summits than to deliver real change at national level.
