FDA plans external scientific experts network

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has outlined its plan to create a network of outside scientific experts who would provide the staff of its Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) with rapid access to specific specialised knowledge about emerging technology and other topics.

The agency announced its intention to create the “CDRH Network of Experts” on 4 October and invited public comments.
