Genetics course aims at interdisciplinary research

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has joined forces with the non-profit National Coalition for Health Professional Education in Genetics to create a free, web-based genetics course for social and behavioural scientists, the agency announced on 3 January.

The resource will provide researchers with sufficient genetics background to allow them to “engage effectively” in interdisciplinary research with genetics researchers, NIH said.
