President wants to ensure US can manufacture all of its own inventions
Plans to bolster US biotechnology and biomanufacturing were signed off by president Joe Biden this week, with the aim to ensure “we can make in the US all that we invent in the US”.
The initiative is intended to build stronger domestic supply chains, create new jobs and lower costs for American families by supporting the development of medical breakthroughs, climate change solutions, and food and agricultural innovation.
