Tributes paid to first moon walker

President Obama is among those who have paid tribute to Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the moon. Armstrong died on 25 August aged 82.

The president said Armstrong, who stepped on the surface of the moon in 1969, was “among the greatest of American heroes”.
