The 2011 global think tank ratings – now underway by the University of Pennsylvania’s International Relations Program and Foreign Policy magazine – has a new category for Caribbean researchers.
The three-year-old Think Tank Index has split its list of the top think tanks in Latin America into two: Best Think Tanks in Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean, and Best Think Tanks in Central and South America.
