Higher education will be under the spotlight at a meeting of the Association of Caribbean Tertiary Institutions (ACTI) in Grenada next month.
ACTI, led by Samantha Rodrigues from the Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies based in Trinidad and Tobago, will run from 9 to 11 November in Grenada.
