Radiologist calls for mammograms at an earlier age

Eumel Samuel, a radiologist in Antigua, has rejected the recommendations by an advisory group that provides guidance to doctors, insurance companies and policymakers advocating late screening of breast cancer in women.

The prevalence of breast cancer in teenagers from Antigua and Barbuda forms the basis of Samuel’s rejection.
