UNESCO prize for social sciences in Latin America

The United Nations Education, Science and Culture Organization (UNESCO) announced the creation of the Prize Juan Bosch for the Promotion of Research in Social Sciences in Latin America and the Caribbean.

The prize, which will be awarded next year, seeks to reward the best social science thesis, written by a young researcher in the Latin American and Caribbean region, that has made a significant contribution to research-policy linkages.
