Egypt plans 10-fold increase in science spending
Egypt’s government has announced plans for a 10-fold increase in spending on scientific research over the next three years. The plans were announced by Amr Ezzat Salama, the minister of science, at the launch of the second phase of Egypt’s Research Development and Innovation Programme on 20 June.
