Andrew Lamm, an up-and-coming plant chemistry researcher and lecturer at Jamaica’s University of Technology (UTech), is one of this year’s winners of the worldwide Young Scientist Awards.
Lamm, who is also a visiting lecturer in the chemistry department at the Jamaica campus of the University of the West Indies (UWI), is the only academic from the Caribbean to win one of the prizes this year.
