Biggest brain drain from the Caribbean, says report

The Caribbean has the largest percentage of international university educated migrants with an increasing number of people with degrees looking for a better life abroad, according to an OECD report.

The report, ‘Connecting with Emigrants’, says that the brain drain is particularly high in the Caribbean, with 75 percent of highly educated nationals from Barbados, Guyana, Haiti, and Trinidad and Tobago living abroad.
