Visitors enticed to the largest single-dish radio telescope

The numbers of visitors to the world's largest single-dish radio telescope in Puerto Rico could be boosted with plans to build a hotel and a planetarium next to the Arecibo Observatory.

The plans are part of a US$50 million project to make the radio telescope, located on the island’s North Coast, viable.
