Partnership on epigenetics launched

The Canadian Institutes of Health Research and the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) are joining forces on research on the epigenetics of stem cells, the CIHR announced on 30 March.

The institutes have signed a five-year partnership for joint funding worth up to CDN$14 million, with CIHR committing up to CDN$6m and JST ¥600m (CDN$8m).
