The National Institute on Drug Abuse is calling for pre-applications for the NIDA Avant-Garde Award Program for HIV/AIDS Research for the year 2013.
The funding will go to a creative scientist who proposes high-impact research that will open new areas of HIV/AIDS research and lead to novel ways of preventing and treating HIV/AIDS among drug abusers.
