Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and US representatives “affirm commitment” to using science for society

Chief science advisers from the so-called ‘five eyes’ group of countries have stressed the importance of science and technology to tackling global challenges.

The name for the group stems from an intelligence-sharing arrangement among its members: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US.
