Brazil's top researchers are being encouraged to travel to the UK to carry out their studies as part of an initiative by Nottingham and Birmingham universities.
The joint scheme was announced during a recent visit to Brazil by a UK government delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and the Minister of State for Universities and Science, David Willetts.
