Canada and Brazil prepare to collaborate on space

Brazil and Canada are to provide joint training programmes in the space sciences.

José Raimundo Coelho, president of the Brazilian Space Agency, and his counterpart Luc Brûlé from the Canadian Space Agency, will sign an agreement on 17 March to formalise the partnership.

The signing will be part of the Canadian Space Mission to Brazil, an event that will run from 16 to 19 March to promote collaboration in space sciences and provide a platform for researchers to network.
