Pakistan and Brazil are likely to sign an agricultural research deal after the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council hosted a delegation from the Brazilian Cooperation Agency on 11 October.
According to a PARC statement, Pakistan is interested in Brazil’s expertise in sugarcane production. Other areas discussed include hybrid seed production, biofuels and pest control technologies.
