Top Indian scientists have complained that the visa system for visiting the US is getting in the way of research exchanges, ScienceInsider magazine has reported.
India’s junior science minister, Ashwani Kumar, raised his concerns with the US presidential science adviser, John Holdren, at the second annual meeting of the India-US strategic dialogue in New Delhi on 19 July.
