South Korea has been listed as the most advanced information and communications technology nation in a United Nations ranking of 152 countries.
The global ICT Development Index was published by the International Telecommunication Union on 15 September. It was compiled for the agency’s “Measuring the Information Society 2011” annual report by assessing ICT access, use and skills around the world.
