India is aiming for an international synergy in space missions in order to cut the cost of space activities, the chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), K Radhakrishnan, said on 16 July, according to the Space Exploration Network (SEN).
Speaking at the 39th scientific assembly meeting of the Committee on Space Research (Cospar), Radhakrishnan emphasised the importance of low-cost and safe space missions. He said international synergy would keep costs low and help in interplanetary solar system research, SEN reports.
